Landscape Installation

Landscape Renovation in Las Vegas

Reworking a tired, overgrown, or water-wasting yard into something that matches the rest of the property and boosts curb appeal, without starting completely from scratch when that isn't necessary.

What’s included

  • Existing landscape assessment
  • Removal of overgrown or dead plantings
  • Hardscape and softscape updates
  • Irrigation system evaluation and repair
  • Curb appeal refreshes ahead of a sale or listing
  • Phased renovation options for larger properties

Why this matters

Not every renovation needs a full teardown. Sometimes a yard just needs the dead sections replaced, the rock refreshed, and a couple of overgrown shrubs dealt with. We assess what's worth keeping, healthy trees, functional hardscape, an irrigation system that just needs a few heads adjusted, before pricing a full rebuild, and we'll say so plainly if a lighter refresh gets you most of the way there for a fraction of the cost.

Our process

  1. 01

    Site walk & design conversation

We look at your yard, sun exposure, drainage, and existing plantings, and talk through what will hold up in Las Vegas conditions.

  2. 02

    Written scope & estimate

Materials, base prep, and scope are spelled out in writing before installation begins.

  3. 03

    Proper base & prep work

Pavers, turf, and rock installations live or die on base prep. We grade, compact, and layer correctly the first time.

  4. 04

    Installation & final walkthrough

We install to spec and walk the finished space with you before calling the job complete.

What customers say about our landscape renovation

Can I give more than 5 stars? Ezra & his team, Kye, Tyler and Tommy did an amazing job with my re-do backyard. They carefully removed all the trees & plants, capped off the irrigation, left the yard clean & manicured & hauled it all away. They worked efficiently, were courteous & helped me envision a new design. I'm thrilled & excited to have them back in the fall for the planting! Thanks so much. You all made my day. :)

I would definitely recommend Red Gator. I received several quotes to replace an overgrown tree in my front yard and refresh the rock bed, and while they weren't the cheapest, I chose them because they have an arborist on staff and were consistently responsive. Ezra worked with me to recommend the right replacement tree, and once we finalized everything, they scheduled a date and time that fit my availability. The crew arrived on time, was extremely friendly and accommodating, and worked incredibly hard. The job was completed exactly as expected, and the new tree and refreshed rock bed look fantastic.

Where it makes sense, yes. Healthy trees and functional hardscape are usually worth building around rather than removing.
