What’s included

  • Certified arborist health assessment
  • Structural and health-focused pruning
  • Pest and disease identification
  • Soil and root zone recommendations
  • Seasonal care planning

Why this matters

Alkaline desert soil and a shallow layer of caliche underneath it change how trees behave here compared to almost anywhere else. Species like ash that aren't native to this ground often show iron chlorosis, a yellowing between the leaf veins, because the soil chemistry locks up nutrients the tree needs. Roots that hit caliche can't go down, so they spread shallow and wide instead, which affects both stability in wind and how the tree should be watered. A certified arborist reads these signs early, while the fix is still a soil or pruning adjustment rather than a removal.

What customers say about our tree health & maintenance

Both Alex and Ezra were outstanding to work with! Ezra came out and did a free consultation to diagnose a sick Sumac Tree we had. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide us a lot of valuable information and recommendations. We are so happy we called and highly recommend! Thank you!

I have a privet tree that has been deteriorating over the past 12 years. I've used 2 other companies to trim it, and it kept getting worse. I finally called Red Gator tree service. Ezra came out and he is an ISA Certified arborist. He inspected the tree carefully, and explained everything that needed to be done in detail and why. Scheduled his trimmers to come out. These guys went above and beyond for us. Explained every step and cleaned up everything beautifully! Isaiah, Tommy, and John were so nice and personable! They gave specific recommendation for watering as well. I highly recommend this company for all your tree needs!

Ezra and his RedGator crew are amazing! They completed a root collar excavation and health restoration on my large desert live oak tree, trimmed, mulched, added irrigation, and left the area looking beautiful. Everything was explained so well and communication was so easy and professional. If you love your trees, trust their care with RedGator.
