RedGator Tree Trimmin' and Landscape (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides tree care and landscape installation services in Las Vegas / Henderson, NV and the surrounding Las Vegas valley. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.
Information you give us
When you request a free estimate through this site, the form asks for your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP, property type, the service you need, and a description of the job.
That form doesn’t submit to a server. It opens a pre-filled email in your own email app, addressed to us, with what you entered already in the body. We don’t receive or store anything you type unless you actually send that email, at which point it reaches us the same way any email you send us directly would.
Information collected automatically
This site doesn’t run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts today, so we don’t collect browsing behavior, cookies, or a profile of your visit. Our hosting provider may log standard technical request data (like IP address and browser type) the way any web server does, purely to run and secure the site. If that changes and we add analytics or advertising tracking in the future, we’ll update this page to say so.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. Because the estimate request comes to us as a regular email you send from your own account, it isn’t routed through any third-party form or scheduling service. We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, our crew’s safety, or the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as needed to run the business and meet tax, accounting, and insurance requirements. You can ask us to delete your information and we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it.
Your choices

Nevada residents have the right under state law to opt out of the sale of certain personal information. As noted above, we do not sell personal information, but you may submit a verified request to us using the contact details on this page.
Children
This website is intended for adults arranging services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
